Work

Real systems for real operations.

Three anonymized implementations. We describe what was built, what is live, and only the outcomes we can support.

Contractor operations · custom platform · live

A contractor moved payroll, project costs, invoicing, and compliance documents into one operating platform.

The team previously coordinated island-wide work through Excel, paper, Outlook, and Word while waiting for physically signed timesheets. The platform validates workweeks, calculates payroll-ready totals, tracks contract budgets and inventory, generates invoices and government-payment documents, routes legally signed approvals with tamper certificates, and manages projects and support cases. The client's leadership reports that the recurring administrative workload now occupies almost none of their week; we present that as their estimate, not an independently measured result.

Barbershop · Citanexus · live

A barbershop gained one view of chair availability, appointments, rent, and sales.

Walk-in availability lived in memory, notes, and Google Calendar, while the business had no booking channel that could fill open appointment times automatically. Citanexus unified appointment management, staff availability, reminders, customer records, seat rent, and sales reporting. Services completed locally are entered into the same operating record as booked appointments. The system launched one business day after complete onboarding information was received and began accepting bookings through its landing page.

Food service · ecommerce + POS · delivered, currently inactive

A food-truck operation received a connected online storefront and device-independent POS.

The operation began with paper orders and no system for order ownership, printing, customer history, daily sales reporting, or controlled online ordering. We delivered a web storefront and an Odanexus-built POS that runs on phones and tablets. Customers can browse the menu, order, pay, follow order status, earn points, and receive offers. Staff can manage orders, delivery assignment, ingredients, availability, discounts, and reporting; ingredient availability controls which menu items can be ordered. The implementation was completed, but the business is not currently operating the system.
